Understand all our policies so you can receive the products you ordered:
- Order preparation and deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.
- The delivery time is counted from the payment confirmation in business days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- Some deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- After payment confirmation, the deadline for issuing the invoice is up to 2 business days.
- For deliveries via postal service, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made to the indicated address. For deliveries via carrier, 1 delivery attempt will be made. Additional delivery attempts will be charged, as will the storage of the product in the carrier's warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to track the product using the tracking code sent to the email address provided during the purchase.
- It is essential that you or another person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age and carrying identification, be present at the requested address to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery receipt during business hours.
- After the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the delivery method, request expedited delivery, or prioritize delivery, as we sometimes ship your order within a few hours.
- If you have any problems, send a message on WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can see if there's still time to resolve them.
